         Floating down the Delaware River enjoying the gentle mountains, hiking the Appalachian Trail, horseback riding,

         Sussex County Skylands – New Jersey’s Great Northwest is a four-season
         travel destination with activities and events for the whole family.

         Explore Warren County – Warren County offers arts, entertainment, history,
         hiking trails and parks, and is home to the Warren County Farmers’ Fair

         Tomahawk Lake Waterpark – Sparta – Only 1 hour from the George
         Washington Bridge and situated on 200 breathtaking acres, Tomahawk
         Waterpark offers everything a family could ask for. An 18-hole miniature golf
         course, rustic outdoor beer garden highlighting live music on the weekends,
         refreshment stands, softball field, horseshoe pits and volleyball areas, an
         old fashioned picnic area with more than 800 tables and a large white sand

         Appalachian Trail  - Of the 2,174 miles of trail, 28 miles are within the
         Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area. Whether hiking for a couple
         of hours, for the day, or for the entire length of the trail, the AT provides
         opportunities for majestic views, wildlife sightings, and hiking challenges.

         Sussex County Fairgrounds – Augusta – Host to the NJ State Fair the first
         week of August and a a variety of other events all year long.

         Get Outdoors – The area is rich with parks, trails, and fishing spots, so you
         can enjoy the great outdoors while camping. Mahlon Dickerson Reservation
         in Morris County offers many activities year-round from hiking to cross-country
         skiing. The Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area offers 100 miles of
         trails along streams, ridges, and mountaintops. Visit High Point State
         Monument at 1,803 feet above sea level.
