The Campground Conference slated for March 2-4, 2026 in Lake Buena Vista, Florida is bursting with professional presenters sharing timely intel on today's real world and digital topics of interest.

Campground Conference organizer Joann Delvescio is inviting campground operators and staff to choose this event for its education and training, in addition to the opportunities to relax and have fun ahead of the 2026 camping season.

"The speakers we have on tap are diving into some intense topics for our attendees, including operational finance and cash flow, NEC code requirements, legal issues, and how to understand and use artificial intelligence in marketing."

DelVescio notes the sessions will wrap up with the ever-popular campground owners roundtable where attendees can discuss industry topics and trade notes on everything they learned in seminars and training sessions.

The conference boasts itself as the place to "See and Be Seen." Companies are encouraged to "Be Seen" with sponsorships and trade show space that is still available. Vendor registration is only $350 and includes one ticket to the exhibitor luncheon. Sponsorships start at $350 and up.

The conference is hosted annually by the New Jersey Campground Owners Association (NJCOA). Although NJCOA is the host, and looks forward to welcoming its members, the association extends an invitation to anyone affiliated with the outdoor hospitality industry or thinking of investing in a campground. In 2025 the event brought together attendees representing parks from 13 states including New Jersey, Alabama, Florida, Illinois, Massachusetts, Maryland, New Mexico, New York, Nevada, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and Wyoming.
